Dunecastle is a duplex with an adjoining door giving access to each side, East and West. Each side is individually rented. When available, both sides are frequently rented together for large families or groups.
The house is oceanfront with spectacular views. Each side is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms plus a loft, including 1 King, 3 Queens and 2 twins in the Loft, 2 full baths with an outside shower. Fully equipped kitchen, HD Flat Screen TVs, Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer, and a Game Room with a Ping Pong table.
Dunecastle West has an adjoining door which provides access to the East side. If this side shows as booked, please view Dunecastle East for availability. Both sides are frequently rented together for larger families.
The recently renovated bathrooms feature beautiful new tile showers and updated fixtures throughout. New living room furniture, new kitchen appliances with stainless steel finishes, and new flooring throughout make this a genuinely comfortable and stylish beach retreat.
